MS/MS fileUpload an MS/MS file in PKL format(.pkl extension) Precursor Mass Tol ± (Da)Enter a tolerance value (maximum of 2.0 Da) within which the precursor masses will be matched in the database. If value entered is more, it will be reset to 2.0 Da.

EnzymeYou can select the enzyme (or cleaving reagent) used for protein digestion. Missed CleavageChoose number of missed cleavage sites for the enzyme.  
           
DatabaseChoose 'tuberculist' or one of your custom databases. You need to log in to see your custom databases here.   Fragment tolerance(Da)Enter a tolerance value (maximum of 0.5 Da) within which the experimental MS/MS fragmented masses (± tolerance) will be matched against the theoretical MS/MS masses. If value entered is more, it will be reset to 0.5 Da.
